Mindful Movement and Meditation
Mondays @ 5:30 – 6:30 pm (starting July 9)
The practice of mindful movement cultivates our innate presence, spaciousness, aliveness, stillness, wisdom and gentleness in our body and movement.
This class blends yoga with a variety of movement modalities done skillfully to honor our natural movement. We conclude with restorative yoga and embodied mindfulness meditation or other contemplative practice.
(I desire to make these classes affordable to all incomes. If cost will prevent you from participating in this self care practice, please contact me about an arrangement.)
